DC EventTech was founded in 2001. We deliver reliable technical solutions that create memorable event experiences, cost-effectively and without compromising quality. Event technology should always support the content of an event rather than distract from it.

Our core expertise covers complete lighting, sound, video and streaming services for corporate and public events, as well as virtual and hybrid events. We deliver these services to our clients on a turnkey basis.

Our premises are in Vantaa, right next to Helsinki Airport. Most of our productions take place in the Helsinki metropolitan area, but we serve events throughout Finland.

We have worked in event technology since 2001 and now deliver technical production for more than a hundred events every year. Our skilled staff have experience with a wide range of events and venues.

Every production has a designated person responsible for keeping each stage on schedule and coordinating the technical disciplines. We regularly test and service our equipment in-house to ensure reliability and safety.

Our in-house operations and warehouse management system, together with wireless picking terminals, helps ensure that the right equipment reaches the venue in the right quantities and at the right time. A broad network of skilled freelancers enables us to scale our productions.

The Association for Finnish Work has awarded our event technology services the Key Flag symbol in recognition of Finnish work and expertise. DC EventTech was the first company in the event technology industry to receive the right to use it.
